Hi. I'm Sarah-Beth.
I specialize in ADHD coaching for individuals, families, and organizations. I come to this work from the inside out. Neurodivergence is part of my home, my family, and my own story.
I trained as a coach through Concordia University and hold my ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. I’m currently completing my ADHD coaching certification through MentorCoach and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches, and the deeper I go into this work, the more certain I am that this is where I’m meant to be.
I work with adults navigating ADHD in their everyday lives and careers, parents and caregivers supporting neurodivergent kids, and organizations looking to build more neurodivergent-friendly workplaces through coaching and workshops. If standard advice has never quite worked for your brain, or you’re supporting someone who feels that way, you’re in the right place.
My coaching style is warm, affirming, and often playful. We can use structure and process when they’re helpful and set them aside when they’re not. Many people with ADHD do their best thinking out loud, and I’m skilled at listening closely, reflecting back what I hear, and asking the question that unlocks something new. There’s no pressure to arrive with perfectly formed goals or leave with a tidy action plan. What matters is having a space where you can bring your whole self and decide what you need next.
Before coaching, I spent more than 15 years working in tech in Waterloo Region in roles spanning technical writing, training, product management, and IT leadership. Across all of them, the throughline was the same: helping people figure out what they actually needed and building just enough structure to help them move forward.
I’m based in Kitchener, Ontario, and I’m building a coaching practice that’s neuro-inclusive, affirming, and grounded in the reality of people’s lives.
