Adding Structure without Shame

Subscribe to your Family: Steady
Consistent support for the long haul. The most popular option.
60 minutes of coaching per month, split however works best for you. Most caregivers choose two 30-minute sessions to keep the momentum going between the chaos of family life, but you can also use it as one 60-minute session if you prefer a longer conversation. Whatever feels right for you.

120 minutes of coaching per month, split into 30 or 60 minute sessions - whichever works best for you. Great for caregivers navigating a particularly intense season — a new diagnosis, a school transition, a tough stretch at home — or for those who simply do better with more frequent touchpoints.

A Year in the Life of Your Family
Get intentional during seasons that matter most.
A year-long coaching relationship built around the rhythms of family life. Six 60-minute sessions spread across the year, timed to the transitions that tend to hit hardest for neurodivergent kids and their caregivers. Start at any time and map out the most impactful moments for coaching over the next 12 months.
How it works
-
Session 1: We map out your year together and decide when and how to use the remaining five sessions
-
Session 2 - 6: Timely support as you reach key moments throughout the year
Sample session rhythm
-
August: Get ahead of the back-to-school transition before it hits
-
November: Prepare for the end of term and the holiday season ahead
-
January: Reset after the holiday chaos and set intentions for the new year
-
March: Check in before the spring school stretch gets overwhelming
-
June: Prepare for the summer shift in routines and structure
Of course, your year is your own. Start at any time of year. We'll plan the rhythm in our first session based on what matters most to your family, and we can adjust as the year unfolds.
Pricing
$650 paid upfront, or spread it out with 2 semi-annual payments of $350 ($700 total).
