Something has shifted in my coaching practice and I want to share the story behind it.

For the past three years, I've been working with mid-career professionals who were trying all the right things and still feeling like they were swimming upstream. Smart, capable people who were exhausted in a way that didn't quite make sense on paper.

Then my child was diagnosed with ADHD. I read the report and felt something click into place because it described my own childhood experience in ways I'd never quite had words for.

I started training as an ADHD coach to better support my existing clients and my own kid. And the more I learned, the more I understood about myself. Earlier this year, I took the leap and got my own formal diagnosis.

So here's where I've landed: I've rebuilt my practice around the work I'm most equipped to do.

Sarah-Beth Bianchi Coaching now focuses on:

→ ADHD coaching for adults

→ ADHD coaching for families

→ Coaching and neuroinclusion consulting for organizations

The same non-judgmental, no-pressure approach. A new focus on an area where I can help most.

If this resonates with where you are, or you know someone who's been quietly wondering whether ADHD coaching might be worth exploring, I'd love to connect.

Sarah-Beth Bianchi Coaching is based in Kitchener, Ontario. I acknowledge that the land on which I live and work is on the Haldimand Tract within the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples. I honour the ongoing contributions of Indigenous people who have been living on this land and stewards of this land since time immemorial. As a beneficiary of this land, I take responsibility to acknowledge its history and the ongoing legacy of colonization and I commit to holding myself accountable to the continuous work of decolonization.
