Service Description

Step 1: Map the Journey So Far We’ll start by taking a look at the big picture of your career so far. What choices and experiences got you here? What’s working, and what feels off? You’ll identify patterns, expectations, and habits that might be driving your decisions without you even realizing it. This step helps you - Get a clear picture of what’s been helping or holding you back - Understand your personal values, strengths, and priorities - Recognize where you're spending time and energy out of habit, not intention This isn’t just reflection for reflection’s sake — you'll build self-awareness so you can stop running on autopilot and start making choices that feel right for you. *** Step 2: Look Beyond the Horizon In this step, we zoom out and explore new possibilities. Instead of defaulting to “what’s realistic,” we’ll look at what you actually want — even if it feels a bit out of reach right now. Then, we’ll identify what’s behind those ideas: the values, priorities, and conditions you need to feel satisfied and in control of your path. This step helps you - Think through different ways your work and life could fit together - Separate what you want from what others expect of you - Build a framework to evaluate future opportunities or decisions By the end of this step, you’ll have a simple but strong set of priorities to guide your decisions going forward. *** Step 3: Forge Ahead Now it’s time to put everything into action. You’ll use what you’ve learned to make clearer, more confident decisions - whether it’s adjusting your schedule, setting boundaries at work, pursuing a new opportunity, or just reclaiming time for yourself. We’ll focus on the real-life issues you’re facing now, and apply your priorities to them. This steps helps you - Start to take control of your situation, even in small ways - Make trade-offs that feel right (instead of just piling on more) - Make simple changes that make your work and life feel more aligned By the end of this step, you’ll make real, concrete changes, and know how to keep momentum going.
